Kalerm Coffee Machine Warranty
Pitti Caffè Asia Pte Ltd promise customer to rectify any problem with Kalerm Coffee machines which is deemed to have been with the machine upon purchase. Warranty works include spare parts which shall be free of any charges to the customer for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase from Pitti Caffè Asia Pte Ltd.
Pitti Caffè Asia Pte Ltd reserves the rights to repair or exchange a new unit to machine faults within 7 days from collection upon purchase.

What is Excluded in the Warranty
Any problem arising from operation which was not with the machine already when it was purchased or any of the below mentioned points are not covered under Warranty and service charges will apply for rectification.
- If you do not use the coffee machine in accordance what is printed in the Operators Instruction Manual.
- Normal Wear & Tear of moving parts inclusive of O-Rings and Seals.
- Clogged Grinders due to non-suitable coffee beans or not properly handled beans even if the beans are purchased under Pitti Caffè Asia Pte Ltd recommendations.
- Removal of foreign parts from the grinder
- Removal of harden milk in Frothers, Milk Tubes or replacement of discoloured Milk Tubes.
- Scratches on decorative parts like Drip Tray or the Casing.
- Re-programming of the machine settings due to coffee bean, milk or cup size changes.
- Using cleaning materials other than the original Kalerm Cleaning Materials.
All above mention points will not be rectified under Warranty and service charges will apply.
Any machine should be brought to Pitti Caffè Asia Service Centre for repair, Pitti Caffè Asia reserves the rights to go for on-site repairing with additional charges.
Any Warranty works on a machine does not reset or prolong the original Warranty
Any machines purchased from Kalerm Value-Added Resellers, please approach Value-Added Resellers for execution of warranty.
Should any of the accessories appliances fail within 12 months after the confirmed sale of machines from Pitti Caffè Asia Pte Ltd, our technical department shall then inspect and decide to repair or exchange the Appliance.
- Any accessories should be brought to Pitti Caffè Asia Service Centre for repair. Pitti Caffè Asia reserves the rights to go for on-site repairing with additional charges.
- No warranty shall apply due to mishandling or not following the instruction manual.
- Any Warranty works on an Accessory does not reset or prolong the original Warranty
